Discover the Newest Event Space with Stunning Views in London’s Vibrant East End

With breathtaking panoramic views of London, discover the new world-class meeting and event space at the stunning Hyatt Regency hotel

The Hyatt Regency and Hyatt House London Stratford have recently opened a new, breathtaking skyline meetings floor on the 12th floor, almost a year to the date since the hotels’ first opening in 2022. Situated close to the stunning Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and with convenient access to London City Airport, St Pancras International, London Bridge, London Liverpool Street, Canary Wharf, and the O2, these two luxurious hotels are in high demand from tourists, groups, and business travellers seeking an exciting and productive stay in East London.

The new addition of the Kingsland Suites, Dalton Suites, Open-Air Terrace, and Lea Suites, which are located on the 12th floor, provides an additional 4,392 square feet (408 square metres) of flexible working, meetings, and events spaces to the vibrant East London hub for culture, business, and leisure. The Lea Suites can be opened or divided into two separate rooms and feature a stunning open-air terrace with panoramic views of the city, making it the perfect choice for drinks receptions and parties. Similarly, the two Kingsland Suites and two Dalston Suites can be configured into larger suites or divided for intimate meetings and small breakout rooms.

All meeting spaces on the 12th floor are fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows, which allow natural light to stream in and have sheer and blackout curtains. Additionally, all meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology such as ultra-bright high-definition projection, LCD screens, video conferencing, and concert-like sound systems.

The third floor provides a further 3,758 square feet (349 square metres) of events spaces, including the Stratford Suite, Bow Suite, and Poplar Suite, with the Stratford Suite being ideal for large-scale events such as conferences and awards dinners. The Bow and Poplar Suites offer space for meetings or private dinners and have natural daylight and up to 645 square feet (60 square metres) of space. The third floor also has a generous, 538 square feet (150 square metres) furnished, open-air terrace that is perfect for pre-event drinks, parties, and dinners.

Furthermore, the Elondi Restaurant, Bar, and Terrace are three special areas available for private functions. The Elondi Restaurant serves locally sourced, seasonal East London-inspired cuisine and has beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows and a variety of seating options. The Elondi Bar, with its Art Deco-inspired décor, plush chairs, and elegant fittings, is the perfect place to unwind. It opens out onto the Elondi Terrace, a spacious 538 square foot (150 square metre) all-weather, al-fresco spot ideal for cocktails, away from the crowds. The Elondi Terrace is adorned with modern furniture and plants, making it a delightful all-year proof, outdoor oasis for many fabulous occasions.

For those in need of catering for their events, the hotels’ F&B A-team has got it covered. Sicilian head chef Alessandro Femino and food and beverage director Tommy So, who has over 20 years of experience in hospitality and catering, including senior roles at Nobu, The RAC Club, The Stratford Hotel, Sea Containers London, and Claridge’s, will ensure that taste buds and budgets are in safe hands.
